Double Entendre Tea Company offers handcrafted dual use herbal blends designed for tea or non tobacco botanical use. All products are made from organic botanicals. No CBD, THC, or nicotine.

1. Eligibility & Approval

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved retail partners only. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements for resale in your jurisdiction.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Initial wholesale order: 24 units minimum.
Reorders: 12 units minimum.
Mixed blends are permitted.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Base wholesale tiers:

Herbal blend pouches – MSRP $20, base wholesale $12

Botanical pre rolls – MSRP $30, base wholesale $18

4. Volume Discounts

   Pouches:
     24–48 units – $12 per unit
     49–98 units – $11 per unit
     99+ units – $10.60 per unit

   Rolls:
    12–24 units – $14.70 per unit
    25–49 units – $13.65 per unit
    50+ units – $12.60 per unit

    Final pricing is calculated based on total units ordered and applicable volume tiers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order. Net terms are not offered unless approved in writing by Double Entendre Tea Company.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days after payment is received.
Fulfillment time may vary based on order volume and product availability.
Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

7. Returns & Damages

All wholesale sales are final.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic documentation.
Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or unsold merchandise.

8. Resale & Brand Compliance

Products may not be altered, relabeled, or rebranded.
Products may not be sold below MSRP without prior written approval.
Online resale requires prior written approval.
