At Double Entendre, we take great care to ensure your blends arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you so you can follow your order’s progress.

 

Delays

  • Double Entendre is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or factors outside our control.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

 

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Return & Exchanges

  • Due to the consumable nature of our herbal products, all sales are final.
    We cannot accept returns once products have left our facility.

  • However, your satisfaction matters to us:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

  • We want every experience with Double Entendre to feel like luxury, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
